  • This course is ideal for anyone working in people-welfare roles who regularly navigate challenging or high-stakes conversations. It’s especially relevant for social workers, practitioners, team leaders, managers and leaders responsible for supporting, guiding, or developing others.

  • Most sessions are held online, as many clients are based outside Dunedin. In-person sessions are available where possible and can be discussed during your initial consultation.

  • A confidential space to step back, reflect on your work, make sense of challenges and strengthen your practice.

  • That’s completely normal. You don’t need an agenda — we’ll work it out together.

  • Pricing depends on your situation and budget. Many social service agencies and NGOs have different funding capacities, so we discuss this upfront to find a solution that works for both parties. I always aim to make supervision and coaching accessible, while reflecting the value and experience brought to each session.
